Η συστημική ψυχοθεραπεία (επίσης και οικογενειακή θεραπεία ή θεραπεία οικογενειακών συστημάτων) είναι μία ψυχοθεραπευτική προσέγγιση που βλέπει τα άτομα και τα προβλήματα τους στο πλαίσιο των σχέσεων τους και των ευρύτερων συστημάτων στα οποία είναι ενσωματωματωμένα. Επικεντρώνεται στην κατανόηση και την αντιμετώπιση της δυναμικής, των προτύπων και των αλληλεπιδράσεων εντός των οικογενειών, των ζευγαριών ή άλλων κοινωνικών συστημάτων, αντί να εστιάζει μονομερώς στα άτομα. Η δουλειά μου και η συνεργασία μου με τους ανθρώπους ή/και τις οικογένειες που με επισκέπτονται βασίζεται στις αρχές της συστημικής θεραπείας, στην οποία έχω εκπαιδευτεί και διαμορφώνει την επαγγελματική και προσωπική μου στάση.
